Realising the UK's most promising opportunities
Native Land has been bringing forward high-quality, versatile developments since 2003. Over almost 25 years, we have built up the skills and relationships to unlock potential in the most vibrant neighbourhoods of London and in cities around the UK.
We partner with world-class architects and designers to set new standards for innovation, quality and usability. The result is consistent returns for investors, high-quality homes and workplaces, the very best amenities and excellent landscapes. Our team has the skills to turn difficult sites into high-value assets, and we are prepared to challenge development orthodoxies to achieve the best outcome.
Our development, co-investment and operator partners include Grosvenor, Derwent London, The Portman Estate and Transport for London at home, with co-investors such as Temasek, HPL and Amcorp. We are working with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group to deliver its third London hotel at Bankside Yards.
